摘　　要：目的为了探讨分析前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)联合检测是否能够用于评估2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并低T3综合征(LT3)患者病情严重程度,增加T2DM合并LT3患者的辅助诊疗血清学指标。方法收集2019年7月—2020年11月就诊于该院内分泌科住院的单纯(T2DM)患者60例做为T2DM组,T2DM合并低LT3的患者60例作为T2DM-LT3组,两组分别检测PA、ALB、TNF-α、IL-6等各项指标,统计比较各项指标的差异。结果与T2DM组比较,T2DM-LT3组PA和ALB明显下降,TNF-α、IL-6水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PA、ALB、TNF-α、IL-6联合检测能够用于评估T2DM合并LT3患者病情严重程度,增加T2DM合并LT3S患者的辅助诊疗血清学指标。Objective To explore whether the combined detection of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),and interleukin 6(IL-6)can be used to evaluate type 2 diabetes(T2DM)combined with low T3 synthesis(LT3),the severity of the disease in patients with T2DM combined with LT3 patients with auxiliary diagnosis and treatment serological indicators.Methods From July 2019 to November 2020,60 patients with pure(T2DM)who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department of the hospital were collected as the T2DM group,and 60 patients with T2DM combined with low LT3 were collected as the T2DM-LT3 group.The two groups were tested for PA,ALB,TNF-α,IL-6 and other indicators,statistically compare the differences of the indicators.Results Compared with the T2DM group,the PA and ALB of the T2DM-LT3 group were significantly decreased,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of PA,ALB,TNF-α,and IL-6 can be used to assess the severity of the condition of patients with T2DM and LT3,and to increase the serological indicators of adjuvant diagnosis and treatment for patients with T2DM and LT3S.
