仙方活命饮加减配合加味金黄散外敷治疗2型糖尿病合并痛风急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究仙方活命饮加减配合加味金黄散外敷治疗2型糖尿病合并痛风急性发作的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月到该院治疗2型糖尿病合并痛风急性发作患者共100例作为观察对象,依据随机数表法分成研究组50例和对照组50例,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果对比两组治疗效果、主要症状积分、疼痛评分、血清炎性因子水平、血糖水平、生活质量,研究组各项结果均优于对照组,且研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,住院时间以及症状缓解时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于出现痛风急性发作的2型糖尿病患者采用仙方活命饮加减配合加味金黄散外敷治疗,其效果更加显著,患者临床症状得到明显改善。Objective To study the clinical effect of Xianfang Huoming Decoction combined with Jiaweijinhuangsan external application in the treatment of acute attacks of type 2 diabetes complicated with gout.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,a total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute attacks of gout were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group,and the two groups were compared of the clinical efficacy.Results The treatment effect,main symptom score,pain score,serum inflammatory factor level,blood sugar level,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The results of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group.The time and symptom remission time were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes who have an acute attack of gout,using Xianfang Huoming Yin plus or minus supplemented with Jiawei Jinhuang San for external application,the effect is more significant,the patient's clinical symptoms are significantly improved.
