糖尿病患者足部坏疽截肢术的术中护理分析

摘　　要：目的给予行足部坏疽截肢术的糖尿病患者应用循证护理措施,观察和对比其临床护理效果。方法于该院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的患者中,选择80例行足部坏疽截肢术的糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式分为研究组患者和对照组患者各40例,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者循证护理措施,统计并对比两组患者的护理总满意度、生活质量总分、护理后的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖。结果研究组患者的护理满意度、生活质量总分、护理后的空腹水平均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予行足部坏疽截肢术的糖尿病患者应用循证护理措施效果良好,能提升患者的护理满意度、改善患者的生活质量、降低患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖。Objective To apply evidence-based nursing measures to diabetic patients undergoing foot gangrene amputation to observe and compare their clinical nursing effects.Methods Among the patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020,80 diabetic patients who underwent foot gangrene amputation were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by lottery.40 cases each;the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the study group were given evidence-based nursing measures.The total nursing satisfaction,the total quality of life scores,the fasting blood glucose after nursing and the blood glucose 2 h after the meal were counted and compared between the two groups.Results The patients in the study group had better nursing satisfaction,total quality of life score,and fasting water after nursing than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing measures for diabetic patients undergoing foot gangrene amputation have a good effect,which can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,improve the patient's quality of life,and reduce the patient's fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose.
