针灸结合耳穴贴压治疗2型糖尿病性腹泻的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对2型糖尿病性腹泻患者采用针灸+耳穴贴压方法进行治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月收治的54例2型糖尿病性腹泻患者进行治疗研究;随机分为单一治疗组(针灸治疗)和联合治疗组(针灸治疗+耳穴贴压治疗),各27例。比较两组患者治疗效果、胃肠激素水平[MTL(胃动力素)、SS(生长抑素)、GAS(胃泌素)]、血糖水平(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率(92.59%)高于单一治疗组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,联合治疗组MTL、SS以及GAS同单一治疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组MTL、SS以及GAS分别低于、高于以及低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,联合治疗组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖同单一治疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖均低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸+耳穴贴压方法有效应用后,观察治疗效果、胃肠激素水平、血糖水平获得明显改善,可促进2型糖尿病性腹泻患者治疗效果、预后水平显著提高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture+ear acupoint pressing on patients with type 2 diabetic diarrhea.Methods 54 patients with type 2 diabetic diarrhea admitted from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected for treatment research;they were randomly divided into a single treatment group(acupuncture treatment)and a combined treatment group(acupuncture treatment+auricular point pressing treatment).27 cases each.The therapeutic effects,gastrointestinal hormone levels[MTL(gasmotin),SS(somatostatin),GAS(gastrin)],blood glucose levels(glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate(92.59%)of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the combined treatment group's MTL,SS and GAS were compared with the single treatment group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the MTL,SS,and GAS of the combined treatment group were lower,higher,and lower than the single treatment group,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the combined treatment compared with the single treatment group,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the treatment group were not statistically different(P>0.05);after treatment,the glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the combined treatment group was all lower than those in the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of acupuncture and auricular point pressing method,observation of the treatment effect,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and blood glucose levels have been significantly improved,which can promote the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetic diarrhea.
