摘 要:目的探究扫描式动态葡萄糖监测系统在2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月该院收治的68例2型糖尿病患者作为该次的研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用指尖血糖进行血糖监测和管理,观察组患者采用扫描式动态葡萄糖监测系统进行管理,在治疗周期结束后对比两组患者血糖控制效果。结果观察组患者血糖观察期(1.83±0.43)d、胰岛素用量调整期(7.04±1.67)d、血糖与胰岛素用量稳定期(2.57±1.02)d、血糖达标时间(5.48±1.45)d均短于对照组(3.46±0.75)、(15.27±2.85)、(4.06±1.15)、(9.72±1.81)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.993、14.527、5.652、10.660,P<0.001);观察组低血糖发生率(2.94%)低于对照组(23.53%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.610,P=0.031);观察组患者满意度(91.18%)高于对照组(64.71%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.928,P=0.008)。结论对糖尿病患者在治疗中采用扫描式动态葡萄糖监测系统进行血糖监测可以获得良好的治疗效果,能够方便快捷的对患者的血糖进行监测,及时对患者进行合理的医疗干预,有利于更好地对糖尿病患者的血糖水平进行管理,对风险事件进行提前干预,减少对患者的侵入性操作,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application value of scanning dynamic glucose monitoring system in intensive insulin therapy of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,68 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group used fingertip blood glucose for blood glucose monitoring and management,and the observation group used a scanning dynamic glucose monitoring system for management.After the treatment period,the blood glucose control effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the blood glucose observation period(1.83±0.43)d,the insulin dosage adjustment period(7.04±1.67)d,the blood glucose and insulin dosage stable period(2.57±1.02)d,and the blood glucose standard time(5.48±1.45)d were shorter than control group(3.46±0.75)d,(15.27±2.85)d,(4.06±1.15)d,(9.72±1.81)d,the difference were statistically significant(t=10.993,14.527,5.652,10.660,P<0.001);observation group of the incidence of hypoglycemia(2.94%)was lower than that of the control group(23.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.610,P=0.031);patient satisfaction in the observation group(91.18%)was higher than that of the control group(64.71%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.928,P=0.008).Conclusion The use of scanning dynamic glucose monitoring system for blood glucose monitoring in the treatment of diabetic patients can obtain a good therapeutic effect.It can monitor the patient's blood glucose conveniently and quickly,and timely conduct reasonable medical interventions on the patients,which is conducive to better treatment.The blood glucose level of diabetic patients is managed,and risk events are intervened in advance to reduce invasive operations on patients and improve patient satisfaction.
