汕头市某眼科专科医院手术室医务人员锐器伤的监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解某眼科专科医院手术室医护人员锐器伤的发生现状,分析其发生原因并提出相应的防护对策。方法采用回顾性调查分析法,收集汕头市某眼科医院手术室2018—2020年的《医务人员职业暴露登记表》,整理并分析该表中报告的锐器伤相关信息。结果2018-2020年共报告53例锐器伤。发生锐器伤的人群中助手医师占比最高,占50.94%,护士次之,占15.09%;致伤物以穿刺刀、针头为主,占比为32.07%;锐器伤发生环节主要在术后整理器械时和操作过程中,占比为28.30%。结论助手医师是眼科专科医院手术室锐器伤的高发人群,导致锐器伤的主要致伤物为穿刺刀和针头,主要致伤环节为操作过程中及术后整理器械时。医务人员防护意识不足,操作不规范是导致锐器伤发生的主要原因,医院应增加针对预防锐器伤的培训次数,规范操作流程以降低手术室医护人员锐器伤发生。Objective To understand the current situation of sharp instrument injury of the medical staff in the Ophthalmic operating room,to analyze the causes and to put forward the preventive measures.Methods Using Retrospective Investigation and analysis,the medical personnel occupational exposure registration form from 2018 to 2020 in operating room of our hospital were conducted.Results From 2018 to 2020,53 cases of sharp instrument injury were reported in our Ophthalmic operating room.Among the injured personnel,the proportion of assistant surgeon was the highest(50.94%),followed by nurse(15.09%).The main injury was caused by the use of bayonet and needle(32.07%).The incidence of sharp instrument injury was 28.30%in the process of instrument arrangement and operation.Conclusions The assistant surgeons belonged to a high risk group for sharp instrument injury in the Ophthalmic operating room.The main objects of sharp instrument injury were bayonet and needle.The main causes of sharp instrument injury were lack of consciousness of medical staff and nonstandard operation.Increasing training frequency and standardizing operation procedure may be effective measures to reduce the occurrence of sharp instrument injury.
