摘　　要：面对被列入世界文化遗产名录的澳门历史城区内历史建筑保护利用的复杂问题,澳门特别行政区文化局委托同济大学完成了《澳门历史城区建筑修复技术指南》的编制。《技术指南》以建筑材料分类抓取共性,以建筑构件分类回应个性,构建了"抽屉式"指导保护修复实践工艺的框架。再以22处被评定的不动产为单位提出修复及维护建议,以更好地呈现历史建筑的纪念性、真实性和独特性等价值。《技术指南》指导了大炮台外墙第一阶段的保养维修工程,也因与管理方及工程承包商的互动而得以完善。《技术指南》为中国其他历史街区保护修缮法规相关技术指南的编制做出了有益示范。Prompted by the complex issues of historic building conservation and uses in the Historic Centre of Macao,inscribed on the World Heritage list in 2005,the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region(MSAR)commissioned the Architectural Conservation Laboratory of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University to develop the Technical Guidelines for Building Conservation and Restoration in the Historic Centre of Macao(referred to as’Technical Guidelines’from hereafter).The Technical Guidelines identify and address the common issues based on building material classification while acknowledging specific issues by categorising building elements and features.It develops an embedded technological framework to guide conservation,restoration,and maintenance practices.The maintenance guidelines for 22 listed immovable properties have been proposed to preserve the historic buildings’memorial value,authenticity,and uniqueness.The Technical Guidelines have been implemented during the first phase of maintenance and repair of the lime plaster fa?ade of the Fortaleza do Monte(Mount Fortress),being improved upon the active and constructive contributions from the management bodies and contractors.The Technical Guidelines can serve as a positive reference for developing technical guidelines on conservation and restoration for other urban historic districts in China.
