摘  要:动脉舒张功能障碍是诱发心血管疾病的重要因素。运动作为治疗心血管疾病的无创手段,可通过引起血流动力学和相关因子的变化,进一步调节动脉生理进程。通过综述以往研究发现,分布在动脉血管内皮细胞与血管平滑肌细胞上的G蛋白偶联受体在调节动脉舒张过程中发挥关键作用。运动可通过激活(或抑制)血管内皮细胞膜上相关G蛋白偶联受体,调控内皮源性血管因子的表达水平,进而调节血管平滑肌的舒张和收缩。同时,试图探讨“运动-GPCR-动脉舒张”的相关分子机制和信号通路。Arterial diastolic dysfunction is an important factor to induce cardiovascular disease.Exercise,as a noninvasive treatment for cardiovascular disease,can regulate the physiological process of arteries by causing changes in hemodynamics and related factors.This study reviews the findings of previous studies that G-protein coupled receptor,which are distributed in arterial vascular endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells,play a key role in regulating arterial relaxation.Exercise can regulate the expression of endothelium-derived vascular factors by activating(or inhibiting).G protein-coupled receptors which on the vascular endothelial cell membrane,and thereby regulating the relaxation and contraction of vascular smooth muscle,and attempts to explore the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways of“exercise-GPCR-arterial diastole”.
