摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱联合一测多评(QAMS)法评价白虎汤质量。方法采用HPLC建立10批白虎汤指纹图谱;以芒果苷为内参,计算新芒果苷、甘草苷和甘草酸铵相对校正因子(f),以f分别测定白虎汤中4种主要成分含量;比较QAMS与外标法含量测定差异。结果建立了白虎汤HPLC指纹图谱,共标定18个共有峰,10批样品相似度>0.95,指认了其中4个色谱峰,其中白虎汤中4个主要成分QAMS法与外标法含量测定结果间差异无统计学意义。结论指纹图谱结合QAMS的含量测定模式简单,易操作,可靠性高,可为白虎汤的质量评价提供参考。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint analysis combined with quantitatively analyze the multi-components by single marker(QAMS)method and to provide reliable quality control methods in Baihu decoction.Methods The fingerprint of 10 batches of Baihu decoction were established by HPLC.The relative correction factors(f)of neomangiferin,liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate were calculated using mangiferin as internal reference,the content of four components in Baihu decoction was determined according to f,and difference between QAMS and external standard method(ESM)was evaluated.Results HPLC fingerprint of Baihu decoction was established,the similarity values of 10 batches>0.95,a total of 18 common peaks were included and 4 of them were identified.There was no significant difference in the determination of 4 main components between QAMS and ESM methods.Conclusion The method of combining fingerprint with QAMS is simple and reliable,which can provide an alternative method for the quality control of Baihu decoction.
