新文科背景下管理学课程建设研究——以非经管类专业为例

摘　　要：新文科建设是中国发展进入新时代背景下高校的重要发展战略,非经管类专业开设管理学课程是新文科建设任务的具体实施。目前,非经管类专业管理学课程在教学目标、教学内容、教学模式和课程评价体系方面,与新文科建设存在差距。新文科建设对非经管类专业管理学教学提出了新要求,在西方管理理论体系下结合中国式管理,启发和拓展学生人文素养,引导学生树立正确的伦理道德观。因此,管理学课程建设要进行革新,制定素质为魂的教学目标,扩展中国式管理情境的教学内容,将课程思政与管理学课堂有机融合,搭建自主学习的平台,建立多元化的课程评价体系。At present,there exists a gap between management curriculum of non-economics and management specialty and the construction of new liberal arts in terms of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching model and course evaluation system.New liberal arts have also imposed new requirements for teaching management courses of non-economics and management specialty.To meet such new requirements,in this article we argue that western management theory should be combined with Chinese management style so that we can enhance students′humanistic quality and guide students to develop positive ethics.Therefore,management curriculum should be reformed by means of setting quality teaching goal,enriching teaching content of Chinese management style,effectively integrating ideology and politics with management instruction,building a platform for students′independent learning,and establishing a diversified course evaluation system.
