摘  要:本文运用变系数随机前沿模型测算2004—2016年中国26个省份的粮食全要素生产率,依据拓展的农户模型分析了农机作业服务外包生产方式下的农户行为,基于分工理论的视角解释了农机作业服务对粮食全要素生产率的影响,并采用系统GMM方法进行实证分析。结果显示:(1)农机作业服务对粮食TFP的提升具有促进作用,但存在地区差异性;全样本和粮食主产区的作用较为显著,而粮食非主产区不显著。(2)农机作业服务提升小农户粮食生产TFP需要以农业分工程度为前提条件。农业分工与农机作业服务的交互影响有助于增强粮食TFP的促进作用。本文研究表明,家庭分散经营阻碍了当前我国农机作业服务对粮食全要素生产率的促进作用,如何进一步激发这种促进作用值得探讨。This paper calculates the total factor productivity of grain in 26 provinces of China from 2004 to 2016 by using the stochastic frontier model with variable coefficients, analyzes the behavior of farmers under the production method of agricultural machinery service outsourcing according to the extended household model, and explains the influence of agricultural machinery service on grain total factor productivity from the perspective of a division of labor theory. Then the systematic GMM method is used for empirical analysis. The results show that:(1) Agricultural machinery service can promote the promotion of grain TFP, but there is a regional difference. The effect of the whole sample and the grain main production area is significant, and the non-main production area of the grain is not significant.(2) Agricultural machinery service to enhance the TFP of small farmers’ grain production needs to take the degree of the agricultural division of labor as the prerequisite. The interaction between the agricultural division of labor and agricultural machinery service is helpful to enhance the promoting effect of TFP in the main grain-producing areas. The research of this paper shows that the decentralized management of the family is an obstacle to the promotion of the total factor productivity of the agricultural machinery service in China, and how to further stimulate the promotion is worth further discussion.
