摘 要:为系统了解低温胁迫环境下外源SOD对矮牵牛生理特性的影响,帮助园林植物矮牵牛安全越冬,人工设置低温胁迫环境进行培育试验,从生长指标、POD酶活性、氮磷钾元素含量三方面研究外源SOD对矮牵牛生理特性的影响规律;研究结果表明,低温胁迫下矮牵牛施加外源SOD模拟物有助于提高植株茎叶长度、根部长度、侧根的数量,提高了植株POD酶活性,增强了植株氮磷钾营养元素的吸收能力,且三种MSOD浓度中以8.5 mg·L^(-1)处理效果最佳。由此可见,低温环境下矮牵牛可通过施加适量外源SOD优化生理指标并促进其生长。For the system to understand the low temperature environment the influence of exogenous superoxide dismutase(SOD) of petunias physiological characteristic, help garden plant petunias safe wintering, artificial environment to set low temperature stress petunias cultivation experiment was carried out for the object, from the growth index, peroxidase(POD) enzyme activity, nitrogen phosphorus and potassium(NPK)elements content three aspects study the effect of exogenous SOD of petunias physiological characteristics;The results showed that exogenous SOD mimics could improve stem and leaf length, root length, lateral root number, POD enzyme activity and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption capacity of petunias under low temperature stress, and 8.5 mg·L^(-1) of three MSOD concentrations had the best effect. In conclusion, petunia can optimize physiological indexes and promote its growth by applying appropriate amount of exogenous SOD in low temperature environment.
