采收期不同体重蚂蟥内在品质及越冬前后性腺发育的研究

摘　　要：目的:探究采收期不同体重蚂蟥内在品质及越冬前后性腺发育的情况,为实际生产中蚂蟥的采收和繁育提供依据。方法:选择11月中旬(采收期)体重为1~3g、3~5g、5~7g、7~9g、9~11g、11~15g和15g以上共7个规格健康蚂蟥,分别测定性腺指数和内在品质等,并通过石蜡切片观察采收期及出冬眠后生殖细胞的发育情况。结果:采收期蚂蟥性腺指数随体重呈先升高后降低趋势,雄性腺指数3~5g时最高,雌性腺指数7~9g时最高。采收期的蚂蟥抗凝血酶活性与体重呈正相关。采收期5~11g蚂蟥精巢中精细胞的占比显著升高,5g以上蚂蟥卵巢内卵黄细胞期细胞显著升高。出冬眠后蚂蟥精巢和卵巢生殖细胞均发育成熟,与体重无显著相关性。结论:采收期蚂蟥体重与性腺发育具有一定相关性,而出冬眠后性腺发育与体重无相关性,建议采收时应挑选11g以上的蚂蟥,体重较小的蚂蟥留下越冬,待进一步发育成熟后作为种蛭使用。Objective:To explore the internal quality of Whitmania pigra with different weight at the harvest period and the devel-opment of gonads before and after wintering,so as to provide basis for the harvest and breeding of Whitmania pigra in actual production.Methods:Seven specifcations of healthy Whitmania pigra with body weight of 1~3g,3~5g,5~7 g,7~9g,9~11 g,11~15 g and 15 g were selected in mid-November(harvest time),gonad indexes and intrinsic quality were measured,respectively,the develop-ment of germ cells during harvest and after hibernation was observed by parafn sections.Results:At the harvest stage,gonad index of Whitmania pigra increased first and then decreased with the weight.The highest gland index was found when the male was 3~5 g and the female was 7~9 g.The anti thrombin activity of Whitmania pigra at the harvest was positively correlated with weight.The proportion of sperm cells in testis of Whitmania pigra with 5~11 g at the harvest was significantly increased,and the proportion of vitellogenic cells in ovaries of Whitmania pigra more than 5 g was signifcantly increased.After hibernation,the germ cells in testis and ovaries of Whit-mania pigra were mature and had no significant correlation with weight.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the weight and gonadal development of Whitmania pigra at harvest time,and gonadal development after hibernation is not associated with weight.It is suggested that Whitmania pigra with more than 11 g should be selected at harvest time,Whitmania pigra with smaller weight should be left for overwintering and use as Hirudo after further development and maturity.
