摘  要:目的:研究瞿麦的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH⁃20葡聚糖凝胶、ODS、MPLC等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从瞿麦醇提物的二氯甲烷部位中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:(+)⁃表松脂醇(1)、松脂醇(2)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3)、(3Z,6Z,9Z)⁃3,6,9⁃nonadecatriene(4)、儿茶酚(5)、脱氢地芰普内酯(6)、金色酰胺醇酯(7)、皂皮酸(8)、去氢吐叶醇(9)、琥珀酸(10)、melrubiellin A(11)、melrubiellin B(12)、水杨酸(13)、青刺尖木脂醇(14)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、6~12、14为首次从瞿麦中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Dianthus superbus.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH⁃20,ODS,MPLC and other column chromatography methods.The structures were i⁃dentified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from dichloromethane ex⁃tract of ethanol extract of Dianthus superbus,and identified as(+)⁃epipinoresinol(1),pinoresinol(2),dibutyl phthalate(3),(3Z,6Z,9Z)⁃3,6,9⁃nonadecatriene(4),catechol(5),dehydrololiolide(6),aurantiamide acetate(7),quillaic acid(8),dehydrovomifoliol(9),succinic acid(10),melrubiellin A(11),melrubiellin B(12),salicylic acid(13),prinsepiol(14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 4,6 to 12,14 are isolated from the stems and leaves of Dianthus superbus for the first time.
