宽甸石柱子村林下山参群落特征与种间关系分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宽甸县石柱子村林下山参栽培基地的群落特征和草本层种间关系,为林下山参资源保护和种植基地选址提供科学依据。方法:采用样地调查法进行群落组成、结构特征和物种多样性的分析。结果:该基地共有维管束植物44科59属73种,将该群落命名为胡桃楸⁃卫矛⁃人参群落。乔木层和灌木层物种多样性低,以人参为优势种的草本层物种多样性丰富。群落草本层28个优势种总体呈显著负联结。所组成的378个种对间Fish⁃er精确检验和秩相关检验正负关联比的结果分别为0.65和0.59。将28个优势种划分为4个生态种组。结论:石柱子村林下山参群落物种多样性较高,种间联结较松散,正处于演替状态;应加强林下山参伴生种的保护;和人参在同一生态种组的植物可作为适合林下山参适生环境的指示种,为林下山参种植基地选址提供参考。Objective:To analyze the community characteristics and the herbaceous layer interspecific relationship in the cultivation base of Panax ginseng under forest in Shizhuzi village,Kuandian county,so as to provide scientific basis for the resources protection of Panax ginseng under forest and the site selection of planting base.Methods:The community composition,structural characteristics and species diversity were analyzed by plot survey.Results:There were 73 species of vascular plants in 59 genera and 44 families in the base,the community was named as Juglans mandshurica⁃Euonymus alatus⁃Panax ginseng association.The species diversity of tree layer and shrub layer was low,while the species diversity of herbaceous layer with Panax ginseng as the dominant species was rich.The 28 dominant species in the herbaceous layer of the community showed significant negative association.The positive and negative correlation ratios of the 378 species pairs were 0.65 and 0.59,respectively,by Fisher′s exact test and rank correlation test.The 28 dominant species were divided into four ecological groups.Conclusion:The community of Panax ginseng under forest in Shizhuzi village has high species diversity,loose interspecific association,and is in an unstable state of succession.The protection of accompanying species of Panax ginseng should be strengthened.The plants in the same ecological species group with Panax ginseng under forest can be used as indicator species for the suitable environment of Panax ginseng under forest.It provides reference for the site selection of the cultivation base of Panax ginseng under forest.
