摘  要:目的:分析红参的外观性状与化学成分的相关性,为红参质量评价提供参考。方法:测定红参样品的长度、单支参重、芦头直径、主根直径、主根及支根的色度值(L^(∗)、a^(∗)、b^(∗))、主根及支根中人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rf、人参皂苷Rb_(1)、人参皂苷Rh_(1)、人参皂苷Rc的含量。将外观指标与皂苷含量进行偏最小二乘判别分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和回归分析。结果:红参主根中人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rf、人参皂苷Rb_(1)、人参皂苷Rh_(1)、人参皂苷Rc含量以及支根中人参皂苷Rb_(1)、人参皂苷Re含量分别与全根及支根的色度值L^(∗)、a^(∗)、b^(∗)呈显著或极显著负相关,表明主根和支根色度值L^(∗)、a^(∗)、b^(∗)越大,粉末颜色越偏白、偏红、偏黄,主根中6种皂苷及支根中2种皂苷的含量越低。结论:外观性状结合内在指标可用于评价红参药材质量,后续制定标准时应综合考虑外观性状及内在指标。Objective:To analyze the correlation between the appearance characters and chemical constituents of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,so as to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra.Methods:The length,single branch weight,diameter of rhizome,diameter of taproot,chromatic value of taproot and branch root(L^(∗),a^(∗),b^(∗))and the contents of ginsenoside Rg_(1),ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rf,ginsenoside Rb_(1),ginsenoside Rh_(1),ginsenoside Rc in the taproot and branch root of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra were determined.Partial least⁃squares discriminant analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and regression analysis were performed for appearance index and saponins contents.Results:There was significant or extremely significant negative correlation between the contents of ginsenoside Rg_(1),ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rf,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rh_(1),ginsenoside Rc contents in taproot,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Re in branch root of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra and chro⁃matic value L^(∗),a^(∗),b^(∗) of taproot and branch root,respectively.The results showed that the larger L^(∗),a^(∗),b^(∗) were,the whiter,redder and yellowier the powder color was,and the lower the contents of 6 saponins in the taproot and 2 saponins in the branch root was.Conclusion:Appearance characters combined with internal indexes can be used to evaluate the quality of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra.The subsequent standards should take into account both appearance and internal indexes.
