摘 要:铸造起重机主要用于金属冶炼流程中液态熔融金属的吊运作业,主起升机构是铸造起重机的核心。减速器因结构复杂,制造安装精度高,更换修复难度大等原因对主起升机构甚至整台起重机的安全稳定运行有着最直接的影响,掌握减速器的劣化趋势是起重设备管理和维护的关键工作。振动诊断是在设备运行过程中使用振动测量仪器,分析评价减速器健康状况,判定减速器故障部位的一种实用技术。近年来,在减速器状态监控方面的应用取得了丰硕的成果和经验,能及时发现减速器的早期故障,最大限度地降低设备故障损失。实践证明运用振动诊断技术实施减速器的状态监控是必要、便捷且准确的。Casting cranes are mainly used for lifting liquid molten metal in metal smelting process,so the main lifting mechanism is the core mechanism of casting crane.Because of its complex structure,high precision in manufacturing and installation,and difficulty in replacement and repair,the reducer directly affects the safe and stable operation of the main hoisting mechanism and even the whole crane.Understanding the deterioration trend of the reducer is the key to the management and maintenance of lifting equipment.Vibration diagnosis is a practical technique to analyze and evaluate the health status of the reducer and determine the fault position of the reducer by using vibration measuring instruments during the operation of the equipment.In recent years,great achievements and experiences have been gained in the application of monitoring the status of reducer,which can find out the potential faults of reducer in time and minimize the failure losses of equipment.Practice has proved that it is necessary,convenient and accurate to apply vibration diagnosis technology to speed reducer state monitoring.
