摘 要:以阿里地区4~5岁牦牛为试验对象,分析了牦牛的39项血清生化指标,完成了39项血清生化指标95%置信参考范围分析,同时比较了不同饲养模式下牦牛的血清生化指标。结果表明:阿里地区牦牛的乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸、渗透压等血清生化指标高,胱抑素C、β-2微球蛋白、尿素氮/肌酐等血清生化指标低;舍饲牦牛总蛋白、间接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、β-2微球蛋白等指标高于散养牦牛,差异显著(P<0.05);舍饲牦牛肌酸酶同工酶、二氧化碳、尿素以及尿素氮/肌酐等指标高于散养牦牛,差异极显著(P<0.01)。With 4-5 years old yaks in Ngari prefecture as the test subjects,39 serum biochemical indexes of yaks were analyzed,and analysis on the 95%confidence reference range of 39 serum biochemical indexes was completed.At the same time,the serum biochemical indexes of yaks under different feeding modes were compared.The results showed that the serum bioche-mical indexes such as lactate dehydrogenase,α-hydroxybutyric acid and osmotic pressure of yaks in Ngari prefecture were high,while the serum biochemical indexes such as cystatin C,β-2 microglobulin and urea nitrogen/creatinine were low;in the rearing mode,the total protein,indirect bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,β-2 microglobulin of yaks were higher than those of the free-range yaks;the difference was significant(P<0.05);the indexes of isoenzyme,carbon dioxide,urea and urea nitrogen/creatinine were higher than those of the free-range yaks,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).
