摘　　要：发展商业养老保险,建立我国养老保障第三支柱问题受到关注。为此课题组通过网络调查和实地调研相结合方式,对当前商业保险市场运行情况与居民对商业养老保险的需求情况等问题进行全面了解。调研对商业养老保险市场消费者、商保企业、政府三个层面存在的问题和原因进行了分析,并就发展商业养老保险市场提出针对性的政策建议。The development of commercial endowment insurance and the establishment of the third pillar of China's endowment insurance have received attention.Our research group has conducted online survey and field research to have a comprehensive understanding of the current operation of the commercial insurance market and residents'demand for commercial endowment insurance.Our research analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the commercial endowment insurance market from three aspects,consumers,commercial insurance enterprises,and the government.We also give some policy recommendations on the development of the commercial endowment insurance market from these aspects.
