摘　　要：[目的]为获得33%螺虫·噻嗪酮悬浮剂的最佳配方。[方法]将原药、润湿分散剂、增稠剂和分散介质混合剪切均匀,使用砂磨机进行湿法研磨,并对上述助剂进行筛选。[结果]最终确定了33%螺虫乙酯·噻嗪酮悬浮剂的最佳配方:螺虫乙酯11.0%、噻嗪酮22.0%、分散剂SC-60为4.0%、润湿剂SC-65为1.0%、乙二醇4.0%、黄原胶0.1%、硅酸镁铝1.0%、苯甲酸钠0.2%、有机硅消泡剂X-70550.2%、去离子水补足。使用本配方研制的33%螺虫乙酯·噻嗪酮悬浮剂对柿棉蚧进行防效测定,使用剂量为147~330 mg a.i./kg,10 d防效为54.70%~70.26%,28 d防效为69.20%~78.75%。[结论]该配方制备的悬浮剂平均粒径<2μm,悬浮率98%以上,其他各项指标均达到悬浮剂的要求。建议使用33%螺虫·噻嗪酮悬浮剂剂量为220~330 mg a.i./kg对柿棉蚧防治效果较好。[Aims] The study aims to obtain the best formulation of spirotetramat·buprofezin 33% SC. [Methods] The active compounds, dispersants, wetting agents and thickeners were mixed by the means of shearing, and the slurry was grinded by grinding machine. The optimum formulation of spirotetramat·thiazinone 33% SC was determined by screening the adjuvants above. [Results] The best formulation was spiromethyl 11.0%, buprofezin 22.0%, dispersant SC-60 4.0%, wetting agent SC-65 1.0%, ethylene glycol 4.0%, xanthan gum 0.2%, magnesium aluminum silicate 1.0%,sodium benzoate 0.2%, silicone defoamer X-7055 0.2% and deionized water added up to 100%. The adjusted spirotetramat-buprofezin 33% suspension was used to determine the control effect of Persimmon gossypium. When the dosage was 147-330 mg a.i./kg, the control effect was 54.70-70.26% for 10 days and 69.20-78.75% for 28 days.[Conclusions] The average particle size of the suspension concentrate prepared by this formulation was less than 2 μm,the suspensibility was more than 98%, and other indexes met the requirements of SC. It is suggested that spirotetramat-buprofezin 33% suspension at a dose of 220-330 mg a.i./kg has better control effect on persimmon cotton scale.
