摘 要:[目的]为了研究腐霉利在韭菜上的残留消解规律,探明韭菜中腐霉利频频超标的原因。[方法]设计了大棚和露地2种栽培模式下韭菜中腐霉利残留消解规律研究的田间试验。[结果]使用已登记的50%腐霉利可湿性粉推荐剂量高剂量(450 g a.i./hm^(2))施药1次后,在大棚栽培模式下第35天、露地栽培模式下第21天,韭菜中腐霉利残留量仍然大于最大残留限量(0.2 mg/kg),2种栽培模式下的半衰期分别为6.8~7.0、4.8~5.3 d。而北方韭菜的生长周期普遍为20~35 d,因此当使用了腐霉利来防治韭菜中的灰霉病时,极易出现超标现象。[结论]农药残留限量值不是安全限量值,建议对韭菜中腐霉利的最大残留限量标准进行重新评估,使其更加符合科学规律和农业生产实际。[Aims] This study aims to clarify the digestion law of procymidone residue in Chinese chives, and determine the reasons for frequently exceeding Standard of procymidone in Chinese chives. [Methods] A field experiment was conducted to study the residual regularity of procymidone in Chinese chives under greenhouse and open field conditions. [Results] After applying the recommended high dose(450 g a.i./ha) of the registered procymidone 50% wettable powder once, the procymidone residue in Chinese chives are still greater than the maximum residue limit(0.2 mg/kg) on the 35 th day of greenhouse and 21th day of open field cultivation. The half-life were 6.8-7.0 and 4.8-5.3 d,respectively. Since the growth cycle of northern Chinese chives is generally 20-35 d, the procymidone would easily exceed the standard when it is used to prevent grey mold disease in garlic chives. [Conclusions] Pesticide residue limit is not safe limit. The maximum residue limit standard of procymidone in Chinese chives should be reevaluated in order to make it more in line with scientific laws and actual agricultural production.
