摘 要:[目的]研究根内根孢囊霉(Rhizophagus intraradices)对成熟期大豆生物量、籽粒及根际土壤中多菌灵残留量的影响。[方法]通过对成熟期大豆植株各相关生物量的测量及高效液相色谱法测定多菌灵残留量,研究接种R.intraradices菌剂对正茬及迎茬大豆成熟期生物量、籽粒及根际土壤中多菌灵残留量的影响。[结果]接种R.intraradices菌剂后,成熟期大豆植株鲜重、株高、茎粗、根长及百粒重有显著提高,正茬和迎茬大豆籽粒中多菌灵残留量分别降低了61.8%和56.9%,大豆根际土壤中多菌灵残留量分别降低了87.7%和80.5%。[结论]接种R.intraradices菌剂可显著提高正茬及迎茬大豆成熟期生物量,极显著降低大豆籽粒及根际土壤中多菌灵残留量。[Aims] This paper aims to study the effects of Rhizophagus intraradices on soybean biomass and carbendazim residue in seed and rhizosphere soil. [Methods] The effects of inoculating R. intraradices on the biomass of mature soybean and carbendazim residues in seed and rhizosphere soil were studied by measuring the relative biomass of mature soybean plants and determining carbendazim residues by HPLC. [Results] After inoculated with R.intraradices, the fresh weight, plant height, stem diameter, root length and 100 seed weight of mature soybean plants significantly increased, the carbendazim in soybean seeds decreased by 61.8 and 56.9% respectively, and the carbendazim residues in soybean rhizosphere soil decreased by 87.7 and 80.5% respectively. [Conclusions] Inoculating R. intraradices significantly increased the biomass of soybean at maturity, and significantly reduced residual carbendazim concentration in soybean seeds and rhizosphere soil.
