摘　　要：本文介绍了焊机电气控制系统组成及焊机丝几种定位控制,论述了米巴赫快速搭接碾压焊机在鞍钢镀锌线的应用情况。该焊机具有焊接速度快、焊缝质量可靠、操作简单,操作方式多样化等特点,完全满足镀锌生产工艺的要求。Describe the composition of welder electrical control system and several positioning control methods of welders.Discuss on the application situation of Miebach quick lap welder in Ansteel galvanizing line.This welder has the characteristics of fast welding,reliable welding quality,simple operation and diversified operation modes,which can fully meet the requirements of galvanizing production process.
