摘　　要：针对轧机窗口滑板定位套的结构、安装环境及拆卸作业特点,设计制作出一种定位套液压拆却器:文章介绍了该拆卸器的设计方案和使用方法。通过对该液压拆却器的使用,实现了轧机窗口滑板定位套快速无损拆除,有效地降低了定位套拆卸作业的难度。A hydraulic disassembly device for the positioning sleeve is designed according to the structure,installation environment and disassembly operation characteristics of the positioning sleeve of the rolling mill window slide plate.Introduce the design plan and usage method.Through using the hydraulic disassembly device,the positioning sleeve of the window slide plate of the rolling mill can be removed quickly without damage,and the difficulty of positioning sleeve disassembly is effectively reduced.
