摘 要:条码水准标尺作为传递高程的标准尺,其量值必须准确。简要介绍了竖向检定系统的软、硬件构成以及基于系统的条码水准标尺的检定原理及检定方法,构建了数据处理及不确定度评定模型,并对检定结果的误差来源进行分析,评定测量结果的不确定度。对生产作业中常见的不同类型的高精度条码水准标尺进行检定实验,计算出主要计量性能及其测量结果的不确定度,进而评价竖向检定系统的检定能力。As the standard ruler of transferring elevation,the bar code leveling staff must be accurate. We briefly introduce the software and hardware structure of vertical verification system and the verification principle and verification method of bar code leveling staff based on the system. A model is established for data processing and uncertainty evaluation,and the error sources of verification results are analyzed to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results. Verification experiments are carried out on different types of high-precision bar code leveling staff commonly used in production operations,and the main measurement performance and the uncertainty of measurement results are calculated,and then the verification ability of vertical verification system is evaluated.
