摘　　要：针对中国农村消防工作特点和当前存在的问题,提出了构建乡村消防信息系统的实施方案,对乡村消防信息系统架构、功能进行设计和开发,并将系统在某村镇试点项目中进行了应用。重点讨论了GIS数据组织和空间分析基本功能在规划布局、指挥调度演练等方面与消防技术的结合途径和完善方法。结果表明,该系统实现了二/三维场景数据共享、同步和空间分析功能,为农村基层组织开展日常消防信息化工作提供技术支持。In view of the characteristics and the existing problems of rural firefighting in China,we put forward the implementation scheme of building rural firefighting information system,and we design and develop its architecture and function.The system has been applied in a rural pilot project. We mainly discuss the approaches of combining basic functions of data organization and spatial analysis in GIS with firefighting technology in planning layout,command and dispatching drill,etc. The results show that the functions of 2 D/3 D scene data sharing,synchronization and spatial analysis have been realized by this system. It provides technical support for the informatization of daily firefighting of rural basic organizations.
