摘　　要：目的:探讨类风湿关节炎合并肺结核患者焦虑和抑郁的现状。方法:采用自做结构式问卷对四川大学华西医院风湿免疫科、结核科住院及门诊患者进行横断面调查,采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评估患者焦虑和抑郁情况。结果:纳入的21例类风湿关节炎合并肺结核患者中,15例(71.42%)有焦虑症状,13例(61.90%)有抑郁症状。家庭人均月收入<3000元、病程>6个月、担心药物不良反应以及类风湿关节炎或肺结核处于疾病活动期与焦虑和抑郁存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑和抑郁是类风湿关节炎合并肺结核患者常见的症状,早期筛查具有危险因素的患者对治疗和护理非常重要。Objective:To explore the current situation of anxiety and depression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:The inpatients and outpatients in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department and Tuberculosis Department of West China Hospital,Sichuan University were investigated by self-made structured questionnaire.The anxiety and depression of patients were evaluated by Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:Among the 21 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,15 cases(71.42%)had anxiety symptoms and 13 cases(61.90%)had depression symptoms.The per capita monthly income of the family is less than 3000 yuan,course of disease more than six months,fear of adverse drug reactions and active rheumatoid arthritis or pulmonary tuberculosis were correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety and depression are common symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Early screening of patients with risk factors is very important for treatment and nursing.
