摘　　要：目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者心理健康的特点及影响因素。方法:选取系统性红斑狼疮患者318例,采用症状自评量表SCL-90评定患者的心理状况,与我国2006年常模对照,并对患者心理健康的影响因素进行分析。结果:统性红斑狼疮患者SCL-90总分及抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子等得分均明显高于我国常模(P<0.05),显著影响患者心理健康的因素包括婚姻状况、就业情况、激素用量和病情活动评分(P<0.05)。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者存在不同程度的心理障碍,婚姻状况、就业情况、激素用量、病情活动评分是重要的影响因素,临床诊治过程中需密切关注患者的心理健康,加强护理宣教,同时采取相应的干预措施。Objective:To explore the characteristics and influencing factors of mental health in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:Three hundred and eighteen patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected,and their psychological status was evaluated by symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and compared with the norm in 2006.The influencing factors of their mental health were analyzed.Results:The total score of SCL-90 and the scores of depression,anxiety,hostility,terror and paranoia in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were significantly higher than those of the norm(P<0.05).The factors that significantly affected the mental health of patients included marital status,employment,hormone dosage and disease activity score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus have different degrees of psychological disorders.Marital status,employment,hormone dosage and disease activity score are important influencing factors.In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,close attention should be paid to patients'mental health,strengthening nursing education,and taking corresponding intervention measures.
