摘 要:本研究基于形态学鉴别特征和线粒体d-loop序列描记了采自吉林省延边图们江水系的中国新记录种--史氏北鳅(Lefua pleskei,Herzenstein,1888),并对北鳅属鱼类的系统发育关系进行了分析.史氏北鳅区别于其他同源物种的鉴别特征为:体纤细,成熟雄鱼体侧有明显纵条纹,雌鱼尾鳍基部有圆形黑斑,背鳍位置靠后(背鳍前长为体长的64.33%),眼间距窄(眼间距为头长的32.06%),上唇薄、光滑,下唇薄、中央无乳突.基于最大似然法(maximum likelihood,ML)和贝叶斯法(Bayesian inference,BI)构建的系统发育树显示,史氏北鳅与短体北鳅(L.nikkonis,Jordan&Fowler,1903)构成姐妹群,然后再与北鳅(L.costata,Kessler,1876)聚为一支,系统发育关系反映了北鳅属鱼类地理关系的远近.Lefua pleskei(Herzenstein,1888),a novel record species of the genus Lefua,collected from the Tumen River,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Jilin Province,China,was described based on morphology and mitochondrial d-loop sequence analyses.Meanwhile,phylogenetic relationships of Lefua species were researched.Lefua pleskei is distinguished from its congeners by the following characters:slender body shape,presence of a black longitudinal stripe on both body sides in mature males;the presence of circular-dark blotches on the middle of the caudal fin base in mature females;dorsal fin located much farther posteriad(the anterior length of the dorsal fin was 64.33%of the body length);narrow interorbital(interorbital width was 32.06%of the head length);eyes located dorsolaterally on the head;thin and smooth upper lip;thin lower lip,inconspicuous mastoid in the middle of the lower lip.The phylogenetic relationship constructed based on the maximum likelihood and Bayesian methods showed that L.pleskei(Kessler,1876)and L.nikkonis(Jordan&Fowler,1903)formed a sister group and a relationship with L.costata,indicating that the phylogenetic relationship is partially congruent with geographical patterns.
