摘  要:目前大型城市配电网负荷低谷时段容性无功倒送现象日益凸显,危及电网安全稳定运行。基于此背景,研究了计及功率因数约束的配电网无功规划方法。首先,建立了考虑功率因数约束的含电抗器和电容器的综合无功规划模型,模型考虑在配电系统中同时配置电容器和电抗器,以规划期内无功补偿设备投资和有功网损成本之和最小为目标函数,在约束中增加了节点功率因数约束;然后,推导了功率因数对无功的灵敏度计算公式,采用基于功率因数无功灵敏度的改进遗传算法求解所建模型,对配电网感性和容性无功补偿设备的容量和选址进行协调优化,所求优化方案可解决配电网线路电缆化发展过程中低负荷时产生的无功倒送和功率因数越限问题;最后,以典型的高压配电网作为算例验证模型和算法的有效性。At present,capacitive reactive power reversal is becoming increasingly prominent in the period of light load in large urban network,which endangers the safe and stable operation of power grid.In this context,the reactive power planning method of distribution network considering power factor constraints is studied.First,the integrated reactive power planning model considering the power factor constraints and containing reactor and capacitor is set up.The simultaneous allocation of capacitor and reactor in the distribution system is considered in the model so to plan the minimum sum of the investment of reactive power compensation equipment and the cost of active power loss as objective function.The node power factor constraints are added in constraints.Then,the calculation formula of sensitivity of power factor to the reactive power is derived.An improved genetic algorithm based on power factor sensitivity is used to solve the established model.The coordination and optimization of capacity location selection of inductive and capacitive reactive power compensation equipment of the distribution network is performed.And the obtained optimization scheme can solve such problem as reactive power reversal and out of limit of power factor in low load during the cable development process in the distribution network.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm of the model is verified by the example of typical high voltage distribution network.
