摘 要:针对当前电网的生命线工程已无法完全满足现阶段电网应对极端自然灾害要求的现象,本文创新性地提出了一种适应新形势发展的电网生命线规划方法。首先介绍了电网生命线规划全新的研究思路,接着从重要负荷及电源规划、各电压等级电网规划、电网黑启动规划这三方面对电网生命线规划原则进行确定,最后选取台州电网为案例,分析电网薄弱环节,结合“十四五”规划,通过对其全电压等级电网生命线规划方案的研究验证了本课题方法的有效性,使台州电网的网架结构更加完善。In view of the fact that the lifeline project of current power grid has been unable to fully meet the phenomena requested for the current power grid in dealing with extreme natural disasters,a kind of grid lifeline planning method adapting to new development is creatively proposed in this paper.Firstly,a fully new research idea of grid lifeline planning is introduced.Then,the grid lifeline planning principle is determined from such three aspects as important load and power supply planning,grid planning of each voltage level and grid black start planning.Finally,Taizhou power grid is selected as a case to analyze the weak link of the power grid.The effectiveness of the method in this topic is verified with combination of the fourteenth Five Year Plan and through research of lifeline planning scheme of its full-voltage level grid so as to make the grid structure of Taizhou power grid more perfect.
