少数民族农牧民的国家通用语移动学习研究——以哈萨克族农牧民为例

摘　　要：面向农牧民的国家通用语言文字推广普及是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要内容之一。目前该工作已取得阶段性成果,但仍面临诸多现实困难。本研究以哈萨克族农牧民的通用语学习为例,分析了农牧民学习国家通用语过程中的现实困难,认为学校集中授课模式不完全适合农牧民的生产生活方式,基于手机APP的移动语言学习是对农牧民现有学习方式的最佳补充。在此基础上采用实证分析方式,从需求调研、语言使用偏误分析、教学内容及软件功能设计方面,探讨如何将移动学习方式更好地应用于农牧民群体的国家通用语学习中。目前已经完成面向哈萨克族农牧民的国家通用语基础口语学习APP的开发,在伊犁州哈萨克族聚居村进行软件试用取得良好的使用反馈,充分证明以手机APP为代表的移动学习方式在农牧民群体国家通用语学习及语言干预中具有重要价值。The popularization of the National Commonly-Used Language and Script for farmers and herdsmen is an important part of creating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation.At present,the work has achieved phased results,but still faces many practical difficulties.Taking Kazak farmers and herdsmen as an example,this paper analyzes these present difficulties,and concerns about the school teaching mode is not completely suitable,but MALL(Mobile-Assisted Language Learning)represented by mobile APP is the best supplement to the farmers and herdsmen’s language learning.By using empirical analysis,such as the requirement analysis,language using error analysis,teaching and software function design,we try to explore the way of applying mobile learning to push the farmers and herdsmen’language learning.At present,we have completed the basic APP software and have carried out the software trial work in Yili Kazak community.Good feedback fully proves that the mobile learning method represented by mobile APP has great value in the National Commonly-Used Language and Script learning.
