某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿浮选分离试验研究

摘  要:某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿主要包含有黄铜矿、闪锌矿等,其中铜含量0.45%、锌含量4.21%,这两种矿物在原矿中互相包裹,因此不容易分离。通过浮选试验研究发现,当磨矿细度达到一定条件之后,采用CaO+Na_(2)S+Na_(2)SO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)作为调整剂,捕收剂和起泡剂分别采用异丙基黄药和730A,铜铅混合闭路浮选模式采取1粗3精2扫的方式,最终可获得铜铅混合精矿,产率为6.50%;铜铅混合尾矿采用CuSO_(4)作活化剂,捕收剂采用异丙基黄药,浮选模式采取1粗2精2扫的方式,最终获得锌精矿,产率为7.52%;该结果可以为铜铅锌多金属硫化矿浮选分离提供一定参考依据。A copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide mine mainly includes chalcopyrite,zinc blende,among which the copper content is 0.45%and the zinc content is 4.21%.These two minerals wrap around each other in the original mine,so they are not easy to separate.Through flotation test studies,when the grinding fineness has reached certain conditions,adopting CaO+Na_(2)S+Na_(2)SO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)as a regulator,isopropyl-yellow agents and 730A were used as the catcher and foaming agent,copper lead mixed closed circuit flotation mode adopts 1 coarse 3 concentrate and 2 sweep method,and eventually a copper-lead mixed concentrate can be obtained,with productivity of 6.50%.Copper lead mixed tailings using CuSO_(4)as the activator,while the catcher uses isopropyl-yellow agents,and flotation mode adopts 1 coarse 2 concentrate 2 sweep methods,and obtaining the zinc concentrate eventually,with productivity of 7.52%.The results can provide references for flotation separation of copper lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide.
