摘　　要：2021年第四届中国国际进口博览会(简称“进博会”)于5日-10日在上海举办。作为进博会会展领域唯一配套论坛,中国会展业国际经贸论坛也于进博会期间同期召开。当前,全球经贸发展遭遇重大冲击。一方面新冠肺炎疫情仍在全球蔓延,世界经济深度衰退,全球经贸复苏的基础尚不稳固,国际产业链供应链格局深刻调整。另一方面全球贸易保护主义,单边主义抬头,逆全球化暗流不断涌动,大国政治经济关系冲突不断加剧,复杂多变的国际关系,不仅给全球经贸往来造成重大冲击,也对全球经贸发展带来不确定因素,世界经贸发展正处于百年未有之大变局。我国在中国共产党的领导下,政治优势和特色社会主义制度优势不仅抵御了疫情带来的危害,更在世界百年未有之大变局下,依托制度优势率先争得先机,开启新的篇章。The 4th China International Import Expo("CIIE")in 2021 will be held in Shanghai from the 5th to the 10th.As the only supporting forum in the exhibition field of the CIIE,the China Convention and Exhibition Industry International and Trade Forum will be also held during the CIIE.At present,the development of global economy and trade has encountered a major impact.On the one hand,the pandemic is still spreading globally,the world economy is in deep recession,the foundation for global economic and trade recovery is not yet solid,and the international industrial chain supply chain structure is profoundly adjusted.On the other hand,global trade protectionism and unilateralism are on the rise,anti-globalization undercurrents are constantly surging,political and economic conflicts between major powers are constantly intensifying,and complex and changeable international relations have not only caused major impacts on global economic and trade exchanges,but also on global economic and trade development.Bringing uncertain factors,the world's economic and trade development is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,our country's political advantages and characteristic socialist system advantages not only resist the harm caused by the pandemic,but also rely on the advantages of the system to take the lead and open a new chapter under the unprecedented changes in the world.
