摘　　要：为了使雷达研发项目质量管理群组评价结果更加客观公正,论文设计了基于动态加权网络凝聚度的均衡群组质量管理评价方法。基于均衡理论对评价群组重新分组,进而提高群组的同质性水平,以组内动态交互评价网络为突破口,根据均衡组内评价个体两两间的一致性构建网络邻接矩阵,以网络凝聚度收集纬向信息,构建阶段规划函数确定阶段权重,经向归并获取综合评价结果。为提高雷达研发项目群组评价的科学性、客观性提供新思路。In order to make the evaluation results of radar R&D project quality management group more objective and fair,this paper designs a balanced group quality management evaluation method based on dynamic weighted network cohesion.Based on the equilibrium theory,the evaluation group is regrouped to improve the homogeneity level of the group.With the dynamic interactive evaluation network within the group as a breakthrough,the network adjacency matrix is constructed according to the consistency of the evaluation individuals in the equilibrium group,and the network is condensed.It collects zonal information,constructs a stage planning function to determine stage weights,and obtains comprehensive evaluation results through meridional merging,which provides new ideas for improving the scientificity and objectivity of group evaluation of radar research and development projects.
