摘 要:采用不同浓度的中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(NaHCO_(3))及盐碱混合溶液处理种子,分析不同浓度和盐碱类型对风箱果和紫叶风箱果种子萌发和耐盐碱性的影响。结果表明:两种风箱果种子随盐碱胁迫加剧,发芽率和发芽指数总体呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05),而相对盐害率总体呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05),相对发芽率与盐碱浓度间存在着极显著的负相关关系(P<0.01);相同浓度NaHCO_(3)胁迫下,两种风箱果种子的萌发指标和耐盐碱性均明显低于NaCl胁迫,说明NaHCO_(3)胁迫对种子萌发的抑制作用大于NaCl胁迫;风箱果种子的耐盐碱等级均未超过2级,而紫叶风箱果最高达到4级;NaCl胁迫下,两种风箱果种子的耐盐碱性明显高于NaHCO_(3)胁迫和混合胁迫,同一胁迫下风箱果种子的耐盐碱性也明显高于紫叶风箱果;两种风箱果对NaCl胁迫具有一定的耐受性,对NaHCO_(3)胁迫和混合胁迫的耐受性较差,风箱果种子对盐碱胁迫的耐受性强于紫叶风箱果。Physocarpus amurensis and P.opulifolius seeds were treated with different concentrations of neutral salt(NaCl),alkaline salt(NaHCO_(3))and salt-alkali mixed solution,and the effects of different concentrations and types of saline-alkali on seed germination and salt-alkali tolerance of two tree species seeds were analyzed.The germination percentage and germination index of two tree species seeds decreased significantly with the salt-alkali stress aggravated(P<0.05),while the relative salt injury rate of two tree species seeds increased significantly with the salt-alkali stress aggravated(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between relative germination rate of two tree species seeds and saline-alkali concentration(P<0.01).Under the same concentration of NaHCO_(3)stress,the germination indexes and salt-alkaline tolerance of two tree species seeds were significantly lower than that of NaCl stress,indicating that the inhibition effect of NaHCO_(3)stress on seed germination was greater than that of NaCl stress.The salt-alkali tolerance of P.amurensis seeds did not exceed Grade 2,while that of P.opulifolius seeds reached Grade 4.The salt-alkali tolerance of two tree species seeds under NaCl stress were significantly higher than that of NaHCO_(3)stress and mixed stress.Under the same stress,the salt-alkali tolerance of P.amurensis seeds was also significantly higher than that of P.opulifolius seeds,indicating that the tolerance of two tree species seeds had certain tolerance to NaCl stress,but the tolerance to NaHCO_(3)stress and mixed stress was poor,and indicated that the tolerance of P.amurensis seeds to saline-alkali stress was stronger than that of P.amurensis seeds.
