摘 要:为筛选出用于防治松丽毒蛾的有效植物源农药,选用质量分数分别为1.3%苦参碱可溶液、0.6%印楝素乳油、0.5%藜芦碱可溶液、1%苦参·藜芦碱可溶液、1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油、4%鱼藤酮乳油等6种植物源农药,采用点滴法和浸叶法开展室内毒力测定。结果表明:6种农药对松丽毒蛾幼虫均有良好的杀虫活性。参试药剂以1.3%苦参碱可溶液和1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油的杀虫作用最强,0.5%藜芦碱可溶液的杀虫作用较弱;点滴法测定结果,1.3%苦参碱可溶液、0.6%印楝素乳油、0.5%藜芦碱可溶液、1%苦参·藜芦碱可溶液、1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油、4%鱼藤酮乳油致死中质量浓度分别为1.652、4.137、6.256、3.919、1.602和3.256 mg/L;参试6种植物源农药对松丽毒蛾幼虫均有理想的致死作用,可广泛应用于防治松丽毒蛾幼虫。In order to screen effective plant-pesticides that can be used to control Dasychira axutha,six plant-derived,including 1.3%matrine solution,0.6%neem cream,0.5%quinoline solution,1%bitter ginseng quinoline solution,1.2%nicotine-matrine cream,4%rotenone emulsifiable concentrate,were used,and the indoor toxicity test was carried out by dropping method and leaf soaking method.All the six pesticides had good insecticide activity on the larvae of D.axutha.The test agent had the strongest insecticide with 1.3%matrine solution and 1.2%nicotine-matrine emulsion,and 0.5%quinoline solution had weaker insecticide.By the drop method,the contents of 1.3%matrine solution,0.6%neem cream,0.5%quinoline solution,1%bitter ginseng quinoline solution,1.2%nicotine-matrine cream,4%rotenone cream LC_(50) are 1.652,4.137,6.256,3.919,1.602 and 3.256 mg/L,respectively.The six plant-pesticides have ideal control effect on the larvae of D.axutha,which can be applied to control the larvae of D.axutha.
