摘 要:对一起由110 kV分列母线近端故障引起的110 kV变电站全站失压过程进行了分析。在现场检查及分析的基础上,结合保护动作报告、录波数据等,对事故中线路保护动作情况、备自投动作情况进行了分析,认为变电站近端刀闸GIS室故障是引发事故的根本原因,而备自投逻辑设计未计及母线故障,母联开关合于故障后无法立即跳开是导致事故的间接原因。该案例中由于配置了110 kV备自投装置,备自投装置的正常动作,导致事故范围扩大。对此,提出了优化备自投与保护交互动作逻辑及母联开关过流保护整定,对重要站点配置110 kV线路母差保护等整改措施。The process of voltage loss in 110 kV substation caused by near end fault of 110 kV bus is analyzed.On the basis of on-site inspection and analysis,combined with the protection action report and recording data,the line protection action and standby automatic switching action in the accident are analyzed.It is considered that the fault of GIS room near the switch of substation is the root cause of the accident,while the fault of bus is not recorded in the design of standby automatic switching logic.The indirect cause of the accident is that the section switch cannot jump off immediately after the fault is closed.In this case,due to the configuration of 110 kV stand by automatic switching device,the normal operation of the standby automatic switching device,resulting in the expansion of the accident scope.In this regard,the improvement measures,such as optimizing the interactive action logic of backup automatic switching and protection,setting the sectional switch over-current protection,and configuring 110 kV line bus differential protection for important stations are proposed.
