摘 要:提出了一种基于脉振高频电流信号注入法的表贴式永磁同步电机的初始位置检测方法。通过在电机估计直轴注入一个高频电流信号,再检测电机估计交轴的高频电压响应,得到转子位置误差角信息。通过PI调节器将该误差调节至零,从而实现了表贴式永磁同步电机的初始位置检测。对该方法进行了理论推导和仿真,并在试验平台上进行了验证。试验结果表明,该方法可较精确地得到电机的初始位置,并具有结构稳定、易于实现的优点。A method for detecting the initial position of a surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the pulsating high-frequency current signal injection method is proposed.By injecting a high-frequency current signal into the estimated direct axis of the motor,and then detecting the high-frequency voltage response of the estimated quadrature axis of the motor,the information containing the rotor position error angle is obtained.The error is adjusted to zero by the PI regulator,thereby realizing the initial position detection of the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor.The method is theoretically deduced and simulated,and verified on the test platform.The test results show that this method can obtain the initial position of the motor more accurately,and has the advantages of stable structure and easy realization.
