摘　　要：对新颁布的GB/T 3906—2020与旧GB/T 3906—2006的关键技术差异进行了比较分析,同时结合相关IEC标准,对新标准的主要变化及产品型式试验的新要求作了重点阐述。The key technical differences between GB/T 3906—2020 and GB/T 3906—2006 are compared and analyzed.At the same time,combined with the relevant IEC standards,the main changes of the new standards and the new requirements of product type tests are emphasized.
