某水电厂发电机出口断路器C相拒动故障分析

摘　　要：针对某水电厂发生的一起发电机出口断路器在停机时C相拒动事故,对事故经过、检查情况、事故原因、暴露问题及防范措施进行分析,得出ABB的HEC-7S型SF 6断路器塑料轴套及连杆插销存在设计缺陷,并指出GCB断路器失灵保护存在保护误区,需开发新型的保护功能。Aiming at a c-phase failure of generator outlet circuit breaker during shutdown in a hydropower plant,the accident process,inspection situation,accident cause,exposed problems and preventive measures are analyzed.It is concluded that ABB HEC-7s SF6 circuit breaker plastic sleeve and connecting rod bolt have design defects,and pointed out that GCB circuit breaker failure protection has protection errors,and new protection functions need to be developed.
