摘 要:目的:探讨医院急救设备配置优化在骨科创伤控制管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院骨科急诊收治的253例骨科创伤患者,按照接诊时间不同将其分为对照组(117例)和观察组(136例),对照组急诊抢救中使用的设备采用常规配置模式,观察组采用优化配置模式,建立急救设备调度模型,在进行骨科急诊设备配置效果评估基础上,进行基础配置优化和调度配置优化。对比两组收治时急救设备配置效果、急救设备服务水平和骨关节创伤控制效果的差异性。结果:观察组患者收治时急救设备配置空闲率、开机率和调度率均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.498,t=2.115,t=2.209;P<0.05);急救设备抽检合格率、急救准备时间和使用满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.552,t=2.095,t=2.622;P<0.05);患者总感染率和预后较差比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=13.235,x^(2)=5.843;P<0.05)。结论:医院急救设备优化配置模式能够提高设备使用效率和运行质量,改善急救设备的临床服务水平,在患者创伤控制方面具有较好的应用价值。Objective:To explore the application value of hospital emergency equipment allocation optimization in orthopedic trauma control and management.Methods:A total of 253 patients with orthopedic trauma admitted to the hospital's orthopedic emergency department were selected and divided into control group(117 cases)and observation group(136 cases)according to the time difference.The equipment used in the emergency rescue in the control group adopted the conventional allocation mode and the observation group adopted the optimized allocation mode,and performed basic allocation optimization and scheduling allocation optimization based on the evaluation of the configuration effect of orthopedic emergency equipment.The differences in the allocation effect of first-aid equipment,the service level of first-aid equipment and the effect of bone and joint trauma control between the two groups were compared.Results:The idle rate,operation rate and dispatching rate of emergency equipment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.498,t=2.115,t=2.209,P<0.05);the qualified rate of random inspection of first-aid equipment,efficiency of first-aid preparation and satisfaction degree of use were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.552,t=2.095,t=2.622,P<0.05);the total infection rate and the proportion with poor prognosis of patients were lower than the control Group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=13.235,x^(2)=5.843,P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized allocation mode of hospital emergency equipment can improve the efficiency and operation quality of the equipment,improve the clinical service level of emergency equipment,and have a good application value in the trauma control of patients.
