摘　　要：目的:设计基于射频识别(RFID)技术的医疗废物远程管理系统,高效管理数量庞大的医疗废物。方法:运用新的普适计算系统设计由主监控区、车辆监控区和仓库3个核心模块,参考体系架构为通信层(数据采集层)、基于事件的中间件层和应用层的基于RFID技术的医疗废物远程管理系统,持续监控每个废物容器的全生命周期,使用固定及手持RFID和传感器技术,与改装后医疗废物收集车辆一起部署,实现所有医疗废物的实时跟踪,并系统效率进行关键绩效指标(KPI)评估。结果:医疗废物远程管理系统可以得到一个时期内医院产生医疗废物数据,预测收集医院废物所需容器数量,系统可应用于任何废物收集和跟踪场景,无需任何昂贵专有配套设施。结论:基于RFID技术的医疗废物远程管理系统能够实时检查每个医疗废物容器的当前状态和转换状态,并在容器出现故障时做出反应,满足医疗废物闭环管理。Objective:To design a remote management system of medical wastes based on radio frequency identification(RFID)technology,and to efficiently manage large quantities of medical waste.Methods:A new pervasive computing system was designed,which was composed of 3 core modules:main monitoring area,vehicle monitoring area and warehouse,the reference architecture as communication layer(data acquisition layer),event-based middleware layer and application layer.The entire life cycle of each waste container was monitored continuously by the RFID technology-based remote management system for medical waste.The real-time tracking of all medical waste was achieved by using fixed and hand-held RFID and sensor technology deployed together with the modified medical waste collection vehicles.Results:The medical waste remote management system could obtain the medical waste data generated by the hospital within a period of time and predict the number of containers required to collect hospital waste.The system could be applied to any waste collection and tracking scenario without any expensive proprietary supporting facilities.Conclusion:The medical waste remote management system based on RFID technology can check the current status and transition status of each container in real time,and respond to the malfunction of the container to meet the closed-loop management of medical waste.
