摘　　要：分析TRUMPF HELION M/S型手术无影灯结构和常见故障案例,针对无影灯灯座的维修情况,记录灯座维修后的运行时间和失效时间间隔,运用拉普拉斯趋势检验(LATT)对其失效趋势、失效率和寿命情况进行分析,寻找最佳维护保养时间,及时进行预防性维护,并对其可靠性进行研究。同时,运用LATT分析可为工程师制定维护保养计划和维护周期提供参考,从而有效提高设备使用率,降低故障率和停机率。To analyze the structure and the cases of common fault of TRUMPF HELION M/S surgical shadowless lamp.Aimed at the maintenance of the lamp-holder of shadowless lamp,the interval between operation time and failure time after the lamp-holder was maintained was recorded.Laplace trend test(LATT)was used to analyze invalid trend,failure rate and the condition of lifetime for the lamp-holder of shadowless lamp,and to look for the time of optimum maintenance for implementing preventive maintenance in time,and to study reliability for that.At the same time,the application of LATT analysis can provide reference for engineers in formulating maintenance scheme and maintenance intervals,so as to increase the usage rate of equipment and decrease fault rate and outage rate of that.
