摘  要:分析激光定位G臂透视对减少胸腰椎椎弓根置钉术中辐射暴露的影响。研究纳入141例患者,C臂透视组70例置入432枚,激光定位G臂透视组71例置入397枚,结果显示激光定位G臂透视组辐射曝光总次数比C臂透视组低,辐射总曝光、透视操作及手术时间比C臂透视组短,激光定位G臂透视组透视总精准率比C臂透视组高(P<0.05)。研究显示激光定位G臂透视在胸腰椎椎弓根置钉术中的应用效果显著。The purpose of this study was to analyze whether laser localized G-arm fluoroscopy reduces radiation exposure during placement of thoracolumbar pedicle screw.The study included 141 patients,with 70 patients who received placement of 432 screws under C-arm fluoroscopy(C-arm group)and 71 others who received placement of 397 screws under laser-localized G-arm fluoroscopy(G-arm group).Laser-localized G-arm fluoroscopy was shown to result in fewer shots,lower total exposure,shorter durations of fluoroscopy and operation,compared with those in the C-arm group.The overall rate of fluoroscopic accuracy in the laser localized G-arm group was higher than that in the C-arm group(P<0.05).This study shows that laser localized G-arm fluoroscopy offers significant benefits in placement of thoracolumbar pedicle screws.
