经阴道三维超声测定子宫体积对GnRH-a结合LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌病的评估

摘　　要：子宫腺肌病(AM)发病逐渐年轻化,临床主要通过左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)结合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗。本研究选择在我院接受治疗的子宫腺肌病患者109例作为研究对象,对照组采用LNG-IUS治疗,观察组采用GnRH-a结合LNG-IUS治疗。分析经阴道三维超声测定子宫体积对GnRH-a结合LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌病的评估效果,结果发现GnRH-a联合LNG-IUS可以有效治疗子宫腺肌症,可明显减少子宫体积和月经量,缓解痛经。Adenomyosis(AM)is increasingly found in younger age.The clinical treatment of AM mainly relies on levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS)combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a).In this study,109 AM patients treated in our Hospital were included as subjects.The control group was treated with LNG-IUS,and the study group was treated with GnRH-a combined with LNG-IUS.Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound was used to measure the uterine volume as an approach to evaluate the efficacy of GnRH-a combined with LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomyosis.The findings showed that GnRH-a combined with LNG-IUS is effective for adenomyosis,and can significantly reduce the uterine volume and menstrual blood loss,and relieve dysmenorrhea.
