摘 要:目的应用RE-AIM模型探讨广东省高校学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率的影响因素。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样抽取37所高校及其部分学生进行网络问卷调查,基于RE-AIM模型从组织层面分析比较高校间艾滋病/性健康教育活动情况的差异,并采用二水平广义线性混合模型探索学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率的影响因素。结果共回收学生有效问卷45 392份。青年学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率81.10%。学生水平因素中,认同学校艾滋病/性健康教育活动的内容符合需求、形式受喜爱、对自己能有所帮助、数量频次适宜、对教育活动满意、作为组织者参与过教育活动与知晓率呈正向关系。高校水平因素中,专科学校与知晓率呈负向关系。医药、农业、青春健康项目类学校;2019年上半年出现艾滋病疫情的学校;RE-AIM总体得分等级优良;落实维度中成立校级工作小组、具有制度和文件、教师数量大于5人;覆盖维度中有组织新生活动、近5年活动数量11项以上、核心活动覆盖率80%~100%;实施维度中活动形式4~6个形式、大于等于7个、有活动方案、有固定经费支持;效果维度中等级中等及以上、有效果评估与知晓率呈正向关系。结论组织(学校)水平变量及个体(学生)水平变量对艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别具有独立影响作用。要提高青年学生的艾滋病知识知晓率,在个体水平应加强关注女生、来自农村、非住校、父母教育程度低的学生,在组织水平应加强落实国家有关疫情通报、组织制度、师资队伍的政策要求,加强新生和同伴教育,教育内容和方法应契合学生需求。Objective To explore the influencing factors of HIV/AIDS awareness among young college students in Guangdong province based on the RE-AIM model.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling survey was conducted among 37 colleges and their students.This study began with analyzing the differences of aids/sexual health education activities among colleges on the organizational level based on the RE-AIM model.Then,a two-level generalized linear mixed model was used to explore the influencing factors of HIV/AIDS awareness.Results 45392 valid questionnaires were collected.The awareness of AIDS core knowledge was 81.1%.Among the students,the contents of sexual health/aids activities in schools as:in line with the demand;the form is well-liked,can help oneself,with suitable quantity on frequency,satisfied with the educational activities,has participated in the educational activities,etc.,were positively related to the awareness of AIDS core knowledge.Schools with polytechnic levels were negatively associated with the awareness rate among the college-level factors after corrected for the background variables.In schools of medicine,agriculture,have participated in ’youth health project,’ experienced an outbreak in 2019,with excellent RE-AIM overall scores,in the adoption dimension,having established a school-level AIDS prevention working group,having developed documents on systems and procedures,with more than five teachers,with new students organized related activities,the coverage of core activities more than 11,80%-100% in the last five years,more than seven forms of exercises,having regular funding support,etc.were related to the awareness.From the effectiveness perspective,the impact evaluation was positively associated with the AIDS core knowledge.Conclusions College-level variables and individual-level variables had independent effects on HIV knowledge.To improve the awareness rates at the individual level,more attention should be paid to female students and those coming from rural areas,without reside
