摘　　要：艾滋病是重大的公共卫生挑战之一。MSM因其性伴数量较多,知行分离等特点,是艾滋病的高危人群。目前,男男同性性传播已成为我国艾滋病传播的主要途径之一。现有的预防措施已取得一定效果,但防控形势依然严峻,亟需寻求新型有效的手段,以遏制艾滋病在该人群中的蔓延。暴露前预防是指HIV抗体阴性者在HIV暴露前,规律使用抗病毒药物以降低感染风险的一种新兴生物医学手段,其有效性和安全性已在国内外多项临床试验中得以验证。本文对国内外MSM HIV暴露前预防的研究现状以及该人群对暴露前预防的认知和接受意愿及其影响因素进行了综述,为暴露前预防在我国的广泛实施推广,提供理论依据。AIDS is one of the significant public health challenges.Men who have sex with men are at high risk of HIV infection due to their many sexual partners and separation of knowledge and behavior.At present,male homosexual transmission has become one of the main ways of AIDS transmission in China.Although the existing preventive measures have achieved specific results,the prevention and control situation is still tricky.It is urgent to find new and effective measures to curb the spread of AIDS in this population.Pre-exposure prevention refers to a new biomedical method in which HIV antibody-negative people regularly use antiviral drugs to reduce the risk of infection before HIV exposure.Its effectiveness and safety have been verified in several clinical trials at home and abroad.This article reviews the current research status of HIV pre-exposure prevention among men who have sex with men at home and overseas and understands this population’s cognition and willingness to accept pre-exposure prevention and its influencing factor.Provide a theoretical basis for the widespread implementation and promotion of pre-exposure prevention in China.
