摘 要:【目的】探明根施沼肥对猕猴桃果实品质的影响,为优质猕猴桃生产上合理施用沼肥提供科学依据。【方法】以贵长猕猴桃为试材,采用随机区组设计,以等量清水为对照(CK),研究根施沼液为25%、50%、75%和100%处理对猕猴桃果实的外观和内在品质的影响。【结果】猕猴桃的单果重、维生素C含量、可溶性总糖含量、可溶性固形物含量和糖酸比分别为81.4~92.6 g、987.28~1135.54 mg/kg、12.38%~14.10%、14.45%~16.58%和8.72~11.95,分别较较CK显著提高9.95%~13.76%、2.56%~15.02%、4.12%~13.89%、4.64%~14.74%和9.52%~37.04%;各处理可滴定酸为1.18~1.42,较CK降低4.93%~16.90%,除25%沼液处理外,其余处理较CK差异均显著。【结论】根施沼肥可改善猕猴桃果实的外观及内在品质,且随着沼液浓度的升高而提高,以施用100%沼液的效果最好。【Objective】The effects of root application of biogas manure on fruit quality of kiwifruit are explored to provide the scientific basis for rational application of biogas manure in production of quality kiwifruit.【Method】Taking Guichang Kiwifruit as test materials,the effects of root application of 25%,50%,75%and 100%biogas manure treatments on the appearance and intrinsic quality of kiwifruit are studied by using randomized block design and taking equal amount of clear water as CK.【Result】The single fruit weight,Vitamin C content,total soluble sugar content,soluble solid content and sugar-acid ratio of kiwifruit are 81.4-92.6 g,987.28-1135.54 mg/kg,12.38%-14.10%,14.45%-16.58%and 8.72-11.95 respectively,which are increased by 9.95%-13.76%,2.56%-15.02%,4.12%-13.89%,4.64%-14.74%and 9.52%-37.04%compared with those of CK.The titratable acid of various treatments is 1.18-1.42,which is decreased by 4.93%-16.90%compared with CK.Except 25%biogas treatment,the titratable acid content of the other treatments have significant difference compared with CK.【Conclusion】The appearance and intrinsic quality of kiwifruit can be increased by applying biogas manure in root and be improved with increase of biogas concentration gradient,and the effect of 100%biogas manure is the best.
