摘　　要：【目的】探明万寿菊秸秆有机肥与生防菌复配对防治烟草根结线虫及烤烟生长的影响,为万寿菊废弃物资源的开发利用及根结线虫环境友好型防治措施提供技术依据。【方法】以烟草品种云烟97为试验材料,通过田间试验研究万寿菊秸秆有机肥与生防菌剂(9号生防菌剂和淡紫紫孢菌)复配施用对烟草根结线虫的防治效果及其对烤烟农艺及经济性状的促进作用。【结果】万寿菊秸秆有机肥与生防菌剂复配对烟草根结线虫的防效最好,团棵期、旺长期和成熟期防效分别为57.89%、59.10%和55.55%;烤烟农艺性状最优,产量和产值分别为166.72 kg/667m 2和3464.89元/667m 2,显著高于其他处理。【结论】万寿菊秸秆生防菌有机肥在烟草生产上具有良好的推广应用价值。【Objective】The effects of marigold straw organic fertilizer+different biological agents mixed application on root-knot nematode control,agronomictraits and economic traits of tobacco are studied to provide the technological support for the best utilization of marigold waste resources and the control technology of environment friendly root-knot nematode.【Method】The field experiment is carried out to discuss the promotion effect of marigold straw organic fertilizer+biological agent(WSWFJ 9 and Purpureocillium lilacinum)mixed application on control efficiency of tobacco root-knot nematode,agronomic traits and economic traits of Yunyan 97.【Result】The tobacco root-knot nematode control efficiency of marigold straw organic fertilizer+biological agent mixed application reaches 57.89%,59.10%and 55.55%at resetting stage,prosperously growing stage and maturity stage respectively.The yield and output of tobacco with the optimal agronomic traits under the marigold straw organic fertilizer+biological agent mixed application pattern is up to 166.72 kg/667m 2 and 3464.89 Yuan/667m 2,which is significantly higher than other treatments.【Conclusion】The marigold straw organic fertilizer+biological agent mixed application has the good popularization and application value in tobacco production.
